Since our founding in 1965, Fenton’s core business has been deeply rooted in building warehousing and distribution facilities. In fact, one of our earliest warehouse projects was an 118,000 sf industrial warehouse and distribution facility for American Cyanamid that Fenton built in 1978. Since then Fenton has developed numerous other warehouses, with our most recent one being a 150,000 sf flex warehouse facility called Dayton Business Park, which is used almost exclusively for distribution.
Fenton’s resources and experience building both pre-engineered and conventional distribution centers and flex warehouses enable us to advise our clients of the best building method for their needs and provide cost-benefit analyses, budget estimates, schedules, and value engineering services. At Fenton, it is our top priority to listen and never fail to understand exactly what our client’s needs are and what their vision is for their future project.
